Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping Rates Only - please review:

Shipping charges are estimates only and are determined by location, dimensions, and weight. The minimum shipping is 8.95 however the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier if over minimum. We ship UPS and USPS only. If shipping rate is 8 dollars over estimate, you will be contacted for approval. You are welcome to contact us for shipping estimates. 

Large or Heavy Parts: USPS and UPS charge extra for oversize and heavy packages. Oversized or heavy packages generelly require additional fees as some boxes sizes along with heavier items can not alway be determined through the site. Some very large items can only be shipped via LTL ground freight services. LTL service is recommended to be delivered to a free-standing business address. Other selected parts we will not ship due to size and design of part which have a high risk of damage via standard shipping methods or us with any question or for shipping rate quotes.

Saftey Parts and HAZMAT: Some items such as seat belt retractors and air bags are considered safety items and will not be sold unless verified per vehicle vin. Some safety parts and other chemical related items fall under HAZMAT status and per federal regulations must be shipped as such.  There are a few HAZMAT items we do not ship at all which include vehicle batteries. Please contact us for information or questions. 

NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTY AND OR TAX COLLECTION MAY APPLY. Site only shows estimates for U.S. shipments. You can contact us for shipping quotes. We only ship to certain countries. If ordering from overseas, U.S. based fowarding companies are also an option which you can use their U.S. based address to place order.  

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement however we will assit you in the process if a claim is needed or go over replacement options.

Return Policy

You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to ordering error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected the wrong option or did not provide a VIN number during checkout, you may be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error or a VIN was provided and part was not verified, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts. vin coded parts, special VW promotional parts, or parts which have been installed. Special Order parts are non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees on parts returned or incorrect parts received when a VIN was not supplied will be the responsibility of the orderer.

Due to monthly manufacturer updates, they will occasionally discontinue or supersede a part number, thus effecting a price change or availability. Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online.
